Earth Day… Time Flies

Our hive started with Honey B and Worker B, formerly known as Charly and Jason. We met in October of 2003 and its been a fantastic ride ever since. I am deeply in love with my hardworking, ambitious, impulsive, hilarious, charismatic and really really ridiculously good looking husband. He always keeps me on my toes and ispires my spontaneous side, he is the perfect balance for my rigid scheduling, neat freak, type A personality and I thank God for giving me MY perfect husband everyday.
Our Busy B, Our first born Mack. He is a Busy B, never stops never, slows down. Wise way beyond his years. He is alot like his Dad in that he has never met a stranger, he can charm the pants off anyone 10 min after meeting them and often with one sentence. He is forever keeping us entertained with his one liners and quips.Loves a good converstion consisting of planets, what school will be like, and how to camp in the backyard. He asks a million questions everyday, and has an unquenchable thirst for learning. He is very technical minded and loves to build and put things together, once when asked what he wanted to do when he grows up and given many options such as a racecar driver and animal doctor he simply without prompting said he wanted to work on Air Conditioners like Daddy, and I dont doubt he will. A great big brother, he shows great compasion and tenderness while helping little brother into his clothes or down from his carseat, and then steals his fruit snacks and hogs the crayons. Our big boy, our helper, lover of all things spongebob, and sharks, Our Mack.
Our Bumble B, the middle child Logan. Bumbling his way around the world I once contemplated putting a helmet on him until his balance steadied, yes he gets that from his mother. Always covered in bruises and bumps, always trying to keep up and do what Busy B does. He is as tempermental and moody as his Moma too, like waking a hibernating bear is a good description of his morning mood. As ornery as he is sweet he is our snuggler, and often will wrap himself around your leg, or give a slobbery unexpected kiss. He is a boy of few but sweet words and can melt a heart with his "Thank Yous" and "Amens". He adores his big brother, dog, Nunu and Guy (a miniature Ronald Mcdonald, kids love the strangest things). He loves bubbles, flashlights, and motion songs, and can frequently be found playing quietly in his closet or falling off of any random object he thought he could climb, Our Bumble B Logan.
Last and certainly not least the Queen B, not even here yet and still such a presence already. One might think role of queen would fall to Mom by default but nope she is the Queen B and has us all so enamored and excited to meet her. We cant wait to see how the newest addition to our hive changes all our lives and hearts.
Love Chick-fil-a. They had a choc/peppermint shake while I was pregnant with Alistar that I couldn't get enough of! I wish I had a sound proof room at home! :-)
ReplyDeleteAre they scheduling you for a section? Listen, I've been told a scheduled one is VERY different from an emergency one. If you're having a section, don't let my post scare you.
